Olson Communications, Inc. took home another two awards last Thursday at the annual 2009 Public Relations Society of America Copper Anvil Awards. Olson received a Copper Anvil, the highest award in each category, for its work on Mccormick & Scmicks‘ grand opening, as well as an Award of Merit in the Special Events or Observances category for the launch of Arizona Restaurant Week 2008.

The Copper Anvil Awards brought together public relations and communications professionals from all over the Valley. Hosted by KTAR-FM radio’s Gayle Bass at the Tempe Center for the Arts, the awards ceremony recognized excellence and merit in public relations.

Winning a Copper Anvil Award is considered to one of the most prestigious honors for public relations practitioners in the Valley of the Sun and Olson couldn’t feel more privledged or honored to be, for another year in a row, one of its recipients!
