Be well.

Many of our clients and valued partners had the opportunity to get the first-ever Olson “Take Five” e-newsletter.  The monthly tribute to all that stands for Olson: a spotlight on a client; our obsessions; tips; great food; professional development; our bad selves; and this fab-o blog.  Each issue’s theme will feature a rotatation of the various areas of practice our clients are so darn good at – most recently, it was wellness.

I can confidently say that our group is thoroughly obsessed with proactive wellness.  We work out, we eat right (most of the time), we take care of ourselves and we love it!  Proactive wellness is a lifestyle.  So, with that, I give you some of the best lifestyle choices you can make on behalf of wellness:

  • Prevent cancer today. Learn about Cancer Prevention with True Food Kitchen, featuring renowned speakers from The Arizona Cancer Center.
  • Drink LOTS of water – I heart water.  I drink about two gallons a day.
  • Eat right for your blood type.
  • Exercise in the great outdoors.  Get in touch with nature (per our previous post) and try the new Gateway Access area in the McDowell Sonoran Preserve.
  • Keep your mind at peace by practicing meditation; setting achievable goals; and finding good sounding boards.
