What’s all the fuss about Twitter? Who says I have to have a Facebook profile? Real businesses don’t play in the social network world of the Internet, do they? Our Social Media Immersion class explains the many social media platforms and demystifies how to use them, and more importantly, why to use them. It showcases the best ways that companies can strategically and effectively engage their customers online, creating an earned loyalty that may have been fleeting until now.
In a private, interactive session our team will walk through Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, SecondLife and social media sites specific to your industry, discussing their best use in a business sense, and providing examples of successful campaigns. We take you one step beyond the basics, however, and work with you on site to create your profiles, writing and posting your first tweets, updates and statuses. We’ll also leave you with a strategy and the confidence to take on these new communications vehicles on behalf of your company, integrating them into existing communications plans.
